TROUBLESHOOT E-MAIL:

Most of the email problems are related to a misconfiguration of your email account either in your E-mail client (ie Outlook or Outlook Express) or in your Cpanel.
If you are having problems with sending/receiving E-mails please check the following information before contacting our support.

1) To send/receive e-mails your domain should be propagated (pointed) to our servers.

2) Check to see if your are using the correct user name and password.

3) Make sure that your e-mail account has enough disk space to send/receive e-mails.

4) Check if your domain on which you are having e-mail issues has exceeded your allocated Disk Quota.

5) Check if you have the correct e-mail configurations. (Please see the SETUP E-MAIL: notes at the top of this page)

6) Make sure that you have enabled "My Server Requires Authentication" checkbox in e-mail properties >> Server options. You can't send e-mails if it's Disabled.

7) If you are getting SMTP server not responding errors while sending emails:

Many ISP's blocking SMTP server port 25 due to spamming issues.
In these instances, when you try to send e-mail via your hosting account SMTP server (mail.yourdomain.com) you will receive a Timeout or No response Error.

We suggest you call your ISP and try your ISP's SMTP server instead of your mail.yourdomain.com.

8) Check if you can login to your webmail ( http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail ) to send/receive emails.

If you have checked all above simple steps and are still unable to resolve your email problem please contact us. We appreciate your checking the above simple steps before contacting us.
